Exchange Policy
Before returning any item, please contact DRAE COLLECTION at info@draecollection.com to initiate an exchange or return.
DRAE COLLECTION offers exchanges by mail or in person at their showroom located at 55 Rue Louvain Ouest, Suite 400, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2N 1A4. To schedule an appointment, please book here.
Exchange Eligibility:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.

The items you wish to exchange (you may exchange for the same product or another item from the ESSAIM X DRAE collection).

All earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

ESSAIM BAG COLLECTION
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:

All returns are only eligible for store credit. No cash refunds will be issued.

A 5% return fee will be applied to the total amount of the returned item.

Return shipping costs are $12.50 and will be deducted from the store credit. A prepaid return label will be provided to simplify the process.

The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return Procedure:

Contact our customer service at support@essaim.com to initiate the return and receive your prepaid shipping label.

Print the label and drop off your package at the designated shipping location.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue store credit for your return minus applicable fees.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
If you are unsatisfied with the color you chose and wish to replace it with another, round-trip shipping costs will be your responsibility.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
EXCHANGES – BAGS
We only accept exchanges if the item received is incorrect.
Returned items must be in brand new condition with all original tags attached.
Return and shipping fees within Canada are covered by us if the error is on our part. Upon receiving any returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval by email within a reasonable timeframe.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you an exchange.
If you're unhappy with the color you selected at the time of purchase and want to switch it, round-trip shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Defective Items
We are pleased to offer a 6-month warranty on all our bags. This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects. If your bag has any defects within the first 6 months of purchase that are not considered normal wear and tear (see below), we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claims. If a replacement item is unavailable, a gift card of equal value to the original purchase will be issued. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible.
