Exchange Policy
Before returning any item, please contact DRAE COLLECTION at info@draecollection.com to initiate an exchange or return.
DRAE COLLECTION offers exchanges by mail or in person at their showroom located at 55 Louvain Street West, Suite 400, Montreal, QC, Canada, H2N 1A4. To schedule an appointment, please book here.
Exchange Eligibility:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please send them an email to info@draecollection.com with the following details:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- Your full address
- The items you wish to exchange (exchanges can be made for the same product or another product from the ESSAIM X DRAE collection).
Exchange Conditions:
- All items must be in their original packaging.
- All items must be in the condition they were received.
Available Options:
- Store credit
- Exchange for items that meet our return criteria
Please note:
- The ESSAIM X DRAE collection does not offer refunds.
Final Sale Items:
- All earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
- All exchanges are final sales and cannot be exchanged for store credit.

30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
• All returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds will be issued.
• A 5% return fee will be applied to the total amount of the returned item.
• Return shipping costs are $12.50 and will be deducted from the store credit amount. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to simplify the process.
• The returned item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return procedure

Contact our customer service support@essaim.com to initiate the return and receive your return label.

Print the label and drop off your package at the indicated shipping location.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will send you a store credit corresponding to your return, minus any applicable fees.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
If you are not satisfied with the color you chose at the time of purchase and wish to exchange it for another, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

We only accept exchanges if the item received is incorrect.
- Returned items must be in new, original condition with all original tags attached.
- Return and shipping costs within Canada are our responsibility when the error is on our part. Upon receipt of any returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of its approval by email within a reasonable time.
- If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.
- If you are not satisfied with the color you chose at the time of purchase and wish to exchange it for another, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Defective Items
We are pleased to offer a 6-month warranty on all of our bags. This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects. If your bag shows defects within the first 6 months of purchase that are not considered normal wear and tear (see description below), we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please keep your proof of purchase for any warranty claims. If a replacement item is not available, a gift card for the original purchase value will be issued. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible.
